Me and my wife wanted to give this place a shot so we had a date night for sushi. We got Hot geisha, Sapporo roll, Tiger eye, Texans roll and we weren’t disappointed at all. The waiter we had to was very nice and on top of refills. We didn’t have to look around all awkward or any of that. We will definitely be coming back.

Bloofin used to be a reliable favorite for my husband and me. I brought guests here specifically because of this trust, but the experience was a major disappointment. For a high-priced restaurant, the current quality control and fundamental culinary skills are unacceptable. Specific issues: Sashimi quality: Standards have dropped significantly over recent months. The red snapper was served with the skin still on, which shows a lack of basic Japanese culinary knowledge. Sushi rice: The seasoning is completely different from past visits. The rice was overly sticky and lacked distinct grains. Chawanmushi (steamed egg): Overcooked, resulting in a poor texture. Uni King Crab Spoon: Contained fragments of crab shell, indicating a severe lack of basic preparation skills. The Portion of Uni is also totally different from last year. Way too small now and tasted not fresh. Given the price point, this level of execution is unacceptable！

We had an amazing dinner at Bloofin! I had Bloofin on my saved restaurants for so long and I’m glad we finally tried it. The Restaurant is very beautiful inside but we decided to sit outside to enjoy the gorgeous weather. We came in today on a Friday night and Henry was our Server, although he doesn’t normally work on Fridays we were lucky to have come in and have him as our server. He was so friendly and extremely knowledgeable on all the items on the menu. We tried several items on the menu and everything was great! Our favorite cold serve was the Hama Chili, it was so delicious that we had to order a second one. We couldn’t decide what other roll to choose from and Henry recommended a roll from the secret menu which is only available on the weekends. The scorpion roll was delicious it was a perfect ending to our dinner! Bloofin is a must try! Ask for Henry you won’t be disappointed.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary at Bloofin Sushi, and it was such a special experience from start to finish. Every single dish we ordered was absolutely spectacular, beautifully presented, incredibly fresh, and full of flavor. You can truly taste the quality in the fish, and the rolls were so thoughtfully crafted. The vibes of the restaurant are everything. We especially loved the outdoor seating because it overlooks the water fountain lake, which made the whole night feel even more romantic and elevated. It has that upscale but still warm energy that makes you want to linger and enjoy every moment. The staff was beyond kind and attentive, and the service was seamless all evening. One thing that meant so much to me was how careful they were with my food allergies. They took it seriously, double checking ingredients and making sure I felt completely comfortable ordering. That level of care makes all the difference. If you are looking for a place for a date night, celebration, or just genuinely amazing sushi, Bloofin is it. We will absolutely be back. 🍣✨
